The highlights: good parking, easy to find, all you can drink soft drinks after purchasing one, and affordable music concert tickets there. There was a seating area by the entrance to eat and drink but away from concert area.

It doesn’t excel in being the best concert venue in that it didn’t have proper air conditioning in concert area on a hot day, limited options to drink at the bar, and seating was a higher fee ticket at the concert area. Bathrooms were satisfactory.

The music concert in Jammin Java was an excellent experience regardless - yet there were some obstacles beyond my control and the concert venue’s control due to false accusations allegedly or directly made by people working or performing there AFTER I used genuine cash there to purchase items. In the end, they realized their mistake after finding hardcore proof that they had made a mistake. No apologies were made yet they did acknowledge that their accusations were false after going to the proper authorities or law enforcement to see if my cash was real, since they wouldn’t acknowledge that my cash was real & distributed by my bank to me.

The accusers need to learn how to gage real or false currency or not accept cash at all and how to properly address such matters especially if they are in the wrong. Hopefully, they did that.

I had to drop an additional star from Jammin Java due to this unfortunate experience. I wanted to give the place a 4 star rating until I was falsely and allegedly accused by people there. I rarely give negative reviews online. Three stars is very generous. No one deserves to be falsely accused if they are in the right at any establishment or concert venue. Luckily the law was on my side and the truth came out quickly.

great small intimate feeling venue. staff were sweet and helpful and hark, the bathrooms were nice and clean! I definitely recommend the Sweet & Spicy Pizza from the menu, was so good!
by far the best concert experience I've had ever and I didn't even get vip tickets. closest I've ever been to the bands.

cool, small, intimate venue. at points, it felt like going to a concert in your living room, which was cool. sound was amazing, and the food and drinks were good too. can be a little awkward if you're sitting at a table with a bunch of strangers, but cool none the less, plus free parking. real small merch table, but we got to meet dave and tim hause after their show! will definitely be back for another show soon

I would first like to say I love the Jammin Java for what it represents. It gives small and local artist the opportunity to perform for the local scene.
On January 31st I attended a show that had a lot of local bands performing. Like at a lot of shows the floor of the venue was starting to get slippery from drinks spilling or whatnot. What I did not expect was the bathroom floor also being slippery. I slipped and fell really badly in the restroom during the show. I have a giant bruise on the side of my thigh and it’s still tender to the touch today (Feb 3rd). I understand venues get a lil crazy during shows but it’s no excuse for not mopping the bathroom floor a couple times during the night. Or at the bar minimum putting up a caution wet floor sign. To concert goers please watch your step when using the restroom, I fear the fall I had could’ve broken a hip if I was an older patron. I would be happy to supply photographic proof if necessary

Went to see Rose Betts here. It was a great concert. Simone was the opener, and she was amazing as well. The venue was great. Staff was courteous and attentive, and orders were fast for the number of people there. Their coffee is amazing. Best of all the place was so very clean, you can tell they want everyone to enjoy themselves. Thank you for such a great experience.

First time here, to see the great Kim Richey in concert, accompanied by the excellent guitarist Dean Tidey. Small, intimate venue with great sound and sightlines, not a bad seat in the house. Good pizzas and fast, friendly service. Looking forward to going there again.

Update 17 August 2024: Saw the splendid singer-songwriter David Wilcox last night. Same great atmosphere, great sound, very good pizza, and a friendly and skilled waitstaff. It can get chilly in the room, especially if you are sitting beneath one of the air vents, as we were. Dress accordingly.

Come on Jammin' Java, do better! We have been there several times for shows. The venue is intimate and the prices reasonable. The service has never been great. Last night, after we were seated, we learned that the pizza ovens AND HEAT were broken. No effort was made to tell us this before the concert. It was in the 20s last night and the venue was FREEZING. We were told that they had space heaters and it would warm up. It did not. Everyone in there was bundled up in their coats and two whole tables bailed after the first act.
Then, we ordered 3 paninis for the table (because the pizza oven was broken). 2 arrived on time. The third finally showed up after 50 minutes!!! And I asked about the sandwich 5 times, only to be told it was on it's way every single time. 40 minutes in, they admit that they forgot the order, then made it incorrectly, THEN it still took 10 minutes after that.
No effort was made to compensate us for the prolonged and freezing wait.
