Terrible experience at this store. The staff is extremely rude and arrogant, making the whole shopping process a nightmare. The product I received was completely different from what was shown to me at the time of purchase. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the staff was of no help and only added to my mental stress. This all happened just three weeks before my wedding, making an already stressful time even worse. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone

I have been a loyal customer for many years, but my recent experience in May 2024 has been incredibly disappointing. I found a suit I loved in white and placed an order, intending to give the go-ahead in July. I initially hesitated because they couldn't alter the outfit to include cap sleeves, and the blouse was too small. I had it shipped to London and, before collection, requested a picture. When I asked if the suit was white, I was told yes.

However, when I received the outfit, it was clearly not white it was ivory! The neckline was 2 inches deeper, the trousers were 2 inches shorter, and the jacket was 3.5 inches longer! On top of that, the material was stiff and lacked the soft, chiffon crepe like feel shown in the image on the left side. I provided photos and videos proving the discrepancies, but they insisted the measurements were correct and essentially blamed me, despite clear evidence.

They suggested I take it to a tailor in London and assured me twice that I wouldn’t be charged for the alterations. I drove over an hour to the tailor, but when I sent them the invoice, they refused to cover the cost. Instead, they offered a discount on my next purchase, which doesn’t even cover the £120 I paid for the alterations. The designer was Mishru purchased at Emsemble Santa Cruz.

I am not one to write a review but I was very disappointed and do not want someone else to get cheated and ripped off.

If you want poor service and to be left paying for their mistakes, and receiving a totally different outfit, this is the place to go!

Decent collection of different couture brands but terrible terrible service and the experience here is a far cry from luxury. Long wait times for trying anything, because there are barely any trial rooms.. and the staff has no training or skills to help
